Russian Foreign Ministry Siezes On Obama's Tweet, Points Out Hypocrisy of Obama's Murder Of Ghaddafi

The Messiah of the pro-war left, Barack Obama, recently took to Twitter after the race riots in Virginia to quote Nelson Mandela in a condemnation of racism. The tweet, however, was much more likely a clever act of opportunism to galvanize the fascist left in their own perceived racial struggles against Donald Trump. It worked and, subsequently, Obama’s tweet became the most-liked tweet in Twitter’s short history.

One could go on and on about Obama’s history with race and racism. His entire adolescence, college and political career was utterly obsessed with it, as his book Dreams From My Father alludes to. But the irony of Obama’s tweets have nothing to do with Obama’s own sordid history with race and racism throughout his life and tenure as President but in the fact that he chose to quote Nelson Mandela in his opportunistic comment about the tragic Charlottesville clown show.

“No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background or his religion . . .” Obama tweeted. Fair enough. But they don’t grow up killing innocent people in foreign countries either.

According to TASS online, the irony of Obama’s tweet was not lost on Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zhakarova, who wrote that the tweet had “an excellent beginning, though a bit belated.” She noted that there is another quote by Nelson Mandela that Obama should tweet, “better late than never.”

"No country can claim to be the policeman of the world and no state can dictate to another what it should do," she quoted.

Trump Presidency, Transition of Power To Ignite Era Of Destabilization In The U.S.?

January 15, 2017

It is clear that Americans were able to avoid the worst case scenario of a Hillary Clinton presidency. However, the 2016 elections provided the country with the Presidency of Donald Trump. While the surprise was not unwelcome considering the other option, Trump supporters are now being faced with some difficult questions as he nears actually taking office.

Trump was always the wild card, running roughshod over the Republican candidates and eviscerating Clinton (if not in the debates, then at least during the campaign as a whole) in the general election. His supporters painted him as an outsider set to save America while his opponents literally painted him as Hitler. Trump’s refusal to articulate specifics about his plans once in office have been represented by many of his supporters as a brilliant strategy since, obviously, no one required specifics before voting for him (Clinton was enough to sway the vote his way). However, the tactic has worked extremely well because those of us who are watching his progression to the White House are incapable of making solid statements – critical or supportive - about his policies one way or the other since we do not actually know what they are.

To be sure, in the days leading up to his inauguration, Trump has done a few positive things. First, by appointing Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to head a Vaccine Safety Commission, the President-elect has taken a bold stance in favor of unbiased research into the dangers of vaccinations and the power of Big Pharma as well as the constant hysterical lunacy coming from corporate media outlets kept alive by Big Pharma’s money. Second, his recent attack on CNN was a welcome breath of fresh air. To see CNN correctly labeled as “Fake News” after years of literally making up skits and stories to promote the establishment agenda was a pleasure to behold. It is also worth mentioning that, during the campaign, Trump hinted around at increasing tariffs and protectionism, “renegotiating” the disastrous free trade agreements, working closer with Russia, and abandoning the NATO destabilization campaign against the Syrian government. All of these are things Trump should be commended for, assuming he actually enacts them as policy.

Obama Stutters And Stammers Accusations Against Russia During His Final Push For War

Brandon Turbeville

January 11, 2017

As Obama’s days as U.S. President draw to a close, both the Obama administration and the mainstream corporate media are attempting to provoke a greater conflict with nuclear-armed Russia on the basis of something that never actually happened; at least on the basis of something that they have yet to prove has actually happened. Still, the hype and hysteria being piped from the halls of the White House, intelligence community, and the mouthpiece of the establishment, the corporate media, is incessant. According to the media and the President, the Russians hacked the DNC (never mind the fact that the DNC was acting inappropriately and rigging the elections themselves) and put American democracy at risk.

Of course, neither the intelligence community nor the White House has yet to produce any evidence of their claims, despite the fact that they are clearly provocations aimed both at Russia and the domestic population of the United States, with the intention to frighten the latter into submission with a healthy dose of Neo-McCarthyism and red-baiting. Still, this continuous and baseless propaganda might cause many Americans a number of flashbacks since the last time their President, intelligence community, and corporate media came to them with proof of an encroaching threat to democracy, telling them the evidence was clear but that the masses would simply have to “trust” them, Americans ended up bewildered on the battlefield in Iraq where they remain to this day, thirteen years on.

Once again, we are given no evidence, only vague unproven allegations to justify actions that very well may be destructive not only to the American people but to all the people of the world. All we need is for Colin Powell to give a Power Point presentation in front of the United Nations and the circle will be complete.

Neil Young Slams Obama, Bayer, Says Fuck Monsanto!

Brandon Turbeville
September 22, 2016

In addition to providing a stunning performance during the 31st Farm Aid concert in Bristow, VA Neil Young stole the show at the press conference before the event began.

While Farm Aid has always been focused on saving family farmers who are in distress, decades of corporate control and monopolization of the American food supply has forced the organization to also move toward helping restart the tradition of family farming and facilitating the good food movement. Obviously, GMOs have become a major issue as a result. So when it came time for Young to speak at the press conference, the godfather of grunge didn’t hold back.

Speaking fresh on the heels of the Bayer/Monsanto merger, Young spoke about the growing concern over corporate control over the food supply and the fact that this merger is a frightening new development in the corporate war on American agriculture. He also took aim at Barack Obama who has supported, facilitated, and pushed corporate control since the day he took office.

Young stated:

We have just begun. This is a revolution. And we will look back on this one way or the other in ten or fifteen years and see what folks like this are doing. We recently have seen giant corporations that are selling for billions and billions of dollars that are joining together and we heard just a few minutes ago about how somebody was eating bad food and got sick and had to take a lot of drugs and now they are eating good food and are starting to not take so many drugs. And you have to notice that one of the biggest drug companies on the planet and one the largest pesticide providers on the planet, Monsanto and Bayer, have just joined together.

Obama Says "Big Nations Should Not Bully Small Ones" As U.S. Bullies Small Nations Across The World

Ever since World War II, the United States has prided itself on being number 1. This classification of superiority has generally been reserved for things at least perceived as being positive attributes, e.g. the biggest economy, the most upward mobility, the most effective military, etc.

However, if the United States were trying to achieve the number 1 position in hypocrisy, then President Barack Obama has made a two week jaunt the crossing of the finish line for a country racing to be labeled as the most hypocritical nation on the face of the earth.

Step 1 was his appearance and speech in Hanoi, Vietnam on May 24. In the course of delivering a speech calling for the peaceful resolution of maritime disputes, particularly in the South China Sea, Obama uttered perhaps one of the most glaringly hypocritical statements to come from the mouth of a U.S. President. Indeed, his statement was even more hypocritical than the general “America represents freedom and democracy” claptrap. "Big nations should not bully smaller ones. Disputes should be resolved peacefully,” Obama said.

Of course, it must be noted that Obama made his statement in small country that was bullied by a big one decades earlier for over ten years with devastating results for the Vietnamese people and a nasty culture war back at home in the United States. The irony of traveling to Vietnam and telling the world that big countries shouldn’t bully small ones may have been lost on Americans but, to many people across the world, history was not so easily forgotten.

Indeed, it may be irony for an American President to stand in Hanoi and criticize “bullying” small countries but it is absolute hypocrisy for him to do so at a time when the United States is known the world over for being the biggest bully on the planet. As Libya continues to burn in absolute chaos, Syria fights valiantly against proxy imperialism, Iraq continues to have its legs cut out from underneath it at every turn, and a trail of war and destruction is left all across the world, the fruit of the United States has been borne for all to see.

US Gov’t Semantics To Aid In Deploying Ground Troops To Syria

Brandon Turbeville

October 30, 2015

Scrambling to protect the terrorists it has funded, armed, trained, and directed for several years against the secular government of Bashar al-Assad, the United States is now openly considering the option of ground troops in Syria. Of course, the term “ground troops” is not being used in general discussion. Instead, “enablers” is the semantical redirection of choice.

Say what you want about the U.S. government - they may be a collection of psychotic murderers hell-bent on world hegemony or World War 3 - but they have one hell of a thesaurus.

Ground troops – sorry, “enablers” – have been active in Syria for some time in the form of Special Forces soldiers taking place in direct combat support missions for terrorist actors as well as in logistical organization and spotting maneuvers. The new discussion, however, is surrounding the open deployment of “ground troops” to Syria under the guise of “fighting ISIS.” In reality, of course, those troops will be stationed in Syria to support ISIS and the alleged-but-never-proven-in-the-slightest-to-be-moderate “rebels” who are also raping and beheading their way across Syria in exactly the same fashion as ISIS.

These troops will be a further step in the direction of direct US military involvement in Syria of the open war variety. These troops will also be sitting ducks and potential “collateral damage” from Russian airstrikes actually aimed at ISIS/jihadist fighters and a potential spark for the powder keg of propaganda that would be launched in the event of Russia “killing our troops.”

New Obama Initiative To Ban Guns For Some Social Security Recipients, Veterans, and Disabled

Brandon Turbeville
Activist Post
July 19, 2015

Whenever one thinks the Obama administration’s war on the Second Amendment couldn’t get any more insane, Barack Obama prances onto the stage to prove everyone wrong yet again.

This time, it is not merely a carefully planned and orchestrated jig on the graves of mass shooting victims or pathetic whining about “gun crime” and the amount of time he must give regarding the issue. It is a push to ban a large number of Social Security benefits recipients from owning guns.

That’s correct. When the Obama administration can’t get its way by attacking gun owners head on, it merely turns to extorting the elderly and disabled whom it holds hostage via their need to receive Social Security benefits – benefits I might add, that are owed to them.

Thus, the Obama administration is pushing to prohibit Social Security benefit recipients from owning firearms if they “lack the mental capacity to manage their own affairs,” a move which the Los Angeles Times reports would affect millions of people whose disability payments – for one reason or another – are handled by other people.

The idea is to bring the Social Security Administration under the jurisdiction of laws that regulate who gets reported to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS), a database that was initially supposed to pertain to illegal immigrants, drug addicts, and felons.

Obama ''Tired'' Of Giving Gun Speeches, Hits The Links At Cali Golf Course - During Drought

June 22, 2015

As Charlestonians continue to deal with the tragic murder of nine innocent people, Americans stand at the precipice of crushing austerity and economic collapse, and the US military continues to fight wars raging overseas, Obama is now doing what any bold and courageous leader in his situation would do – he is taking vacation.

Shortly after giving a rousing (albeit wholly unconvincing) speech about how guns and their availability are the cause of mass shootings (as opposed to American police who have killed more Americans in 2014 than all mass shootings in American history combined or US intelligence agencies via false flag operations), Obama took off to the Coachella Valley in California to enjoy some of the most pristine golf courses available to the US ruling class - in the midst of a terrifying and massive drought no less!

In response to the drought, California Governor Jerry Brown has called for a 25% reduction in the use of potable water. In Coachella specifically, the area was called on to reduce water usage by 36% due to its higher per capita use of water resources. But this is no matter for the US President or water authorities. When the public face of the US oligarchy wants to play golf, the public face of the US oligarchy plays golf.

Apparently, Obama was so exhausted from his brief stint pretending to act as President that he needed yet another vacation to buttress his time at work.

Obama Calls For Gun Control In Wake Of Charleston Church Shooting

Brandon Turbeville

June 19, 2015

As anyone with two brain cells moving in the same direction would have been able to predict, President Barack Obama and his mouthpiece media outlets have already begun calling for more gun control in the wake of the Charleston, SC church shooting.

Before the corpses of the victims were fully cold, the local Charleston oligarchs, mainstream media, and now the President immediately took to blaming the atrocity on the availability of guns.

Even before the international disgrace known as Barack Obama was able to practice the speech provided for him by well-paid writers, corrupt Charleston Mayor Joe Riley launched into a tirade against gun ownership.

As The Washington Post quotes Riley, he said,
“I personally believe there are far too many guns out there, and access to guns, it’s far too easy. Our society has not been able to deal with that yet.”

In the coming days, Riley said he would “continue to push on” and called the killings this week “another example of why” more gun-control measures should be enacted.
Riley went on to criticize the “easy ability for people to gain possession of them no doubt contributes to violent acts.”
Today, Obama followed suit with his typical and well-worn oratory by stating,
“We don’t have all the facts, but we do know that once again, innocent people were killed in part because someone who wanted to inflict harm had no trouble getting their hand on a gun.”

Edward Snowden: The Man Who Made Obama to Retreat
June 4, 2015

The US Congress endorsed National Security Agency reform in an historic vote for the US Freedom Act, seen by some as a major win for the exiled whistleblower.

The so-called Freedom Act is the successor to the Patriot Act’s specific provisions on domestic surveillance, and the main change it brings is that telecommunications providers, not the government, will store customers’ data instead. Critics have decried the Freedom Act as not doing enough to abide by the Fourth Amendment, which guarantees Americans freedom from unlawful searches and seizures. Snowden himself commemorated it for being a step in the right direction, but expressed dissatisfaction that it didn’t go far enough in protecting Americans’ privacy.

Seen by some as a controversial and divisive figure, Snowden, nevertheless, was the one who made the world aware of the NSA’s controversial domestic spying programs, and the Freedom Act wouldn’t have been possible had it not been for his courageous whistleblowing.

Boris Volkhonsky, Head of the Asian Desk, Russian Institute for Strategic Studies(studio guest), Brandon Turbeville, American journalist and geopolitical analyst and Raymond McGovern, Former CIA analyst, commented on the issue.

Obama Floats The Idea of Mandatory Voting

March 18, 2015

In yet another “the collective over the individual” move from Barack Obama, during a public meeting about campaign finance reform in Cleveland on Wednesday the President floated the ideaof compulsory voting in the United States.

Obama cited Australia and other countries with such laws as an example of ways in which the idea could be implemented. Of course, in Australia, citizens who do not vote are subject to fines and even imprisonment but that is no matter to Obama since fining and imprisoning individuals for refusing to become part of the hive, purchasing private products, etc. has been a hallmark of his administration since day one.

Funny enough, Obama suggested that one of the answers to the corrupting influence of money over American elections was not to end the practice of following horrendous rulings like Citizens United or to impose more regulations on political campaigns and donations, or even public funding of elections. No, Obama’s answer to the fact that Congress and the President are all available to the highest bidder is to force the American people to vote for them – whether they like it or not.

“It would be transformative if everybody voted,” Obama said. “That would counteract [campaign] money more than anything. If everybody voted, then it would completely change the political map in this country.”

Left-Right Paradigm Warps Vaccine Debate

Yes, Parents DO Have the Right to Opt Out

Brandon Turbeville
Activist Post
February 5, 2015

In the most intense barrage of propaganda regarding vaccination yet, Hillary Clinton has fired the latest salvo in the battle against those who have made the decision not to vaccinate themselves or their children. Indeed, the battle being waged now seems to be more about the freedom to make that decision than it is about the science of vaccines.

Thus, Clinton took to social media today to make a jab at those who consider toxic chemicals like mercury, aluminum, polysorbate-80, or even live viruses to be cause for concern when faced with the question of whether or not to inject them into their children.

While it is true that the earth is round and the sky is blue, there is nothing clear about the safety or effectiveness of vaccines. The "science" stating that vaccines are safe and effective is by no means settled. In fact, what few independent studies have been conducted, have revealed quite the opposite. At best, the results are negligible.

What is interesting is that Hillary Clinton's own opinion on the matter is unclear. In 2008, while running for President, Clinton stated that she "was committed to determining "what, if any, kind of link there is between vaccines and autism." It is no surprise that Clinton would abruptly change her position at the drop of a hat. Such has been the hallmark of her career, even to the point of donning an atrociously fake Southern accent for a Kentucky audience.

It is unclear whether or not then-Senator Clinton believed that geography was too complex a concept for her Kentucky audience to grasp, but her back-peddling and shifting of positions in 2015 certainly do not seem to matter very much to her.

Political Scene Drags Vaccine Choice Into Pre-Framed Debate

Brandon Turbeville
February 4, 2015

On February 3rd 2015, Hillary Clinton took to social media to blast "anti-vaxxers" and those who she obviously views as science-deniers. Clinton's tweet aimed at those who question the safety or effectiveness of vaccines came on the heels of President Barack Obama's statement that vaccines are good for children.

Clinton tweeted:

Clinton's Tweet also came shortly after Senator Rand Paul was raked over the coals for daring to suggest that parents "have some input" on whether or not their children are vaccinated. Paul also hinted that he believes vaccines are capable of producing adverse side effects like brain damage in children.

Protests Across America: Will Obama Step Down?

December 10, 2014

After the eruption of large-scale protests which subsequently devolved into chaotic riots in the streets of Ferguson, Missouri in response to the killing of Michael Brown by Ferguson police, protests began to spread outside of Ferguson to large cities all across the country. Fresh on the heels of the Michael Brown protests, reports of the Eric Garner murder by the NYPD and the non-indictment of the murderer, large-scale protests erupted in New York City and, like the Brown-inspired protests, all across the country as well.

In short, anger, protests, riots and other forms of violence have engulfed cities all across the United States. Years of authoritarianism, a stagnant economy, and police brutality among many other issues are coming to a head, regardless of what one thinks about the methods or even the merits of some of the protesters/rioters.

Flashback to 2011, shortly after death squad operations funded by NATO, the GCC and Israel began in earnest inside Syria. According to Western media, these operatives who were killing Syrians indiscriminately in the streets, implementing Sharia law, and beheading civilians were peaceful protesters. Such widespread chaos in the streets of Syrian cities was used as ajustification by Western leaders such as Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, and British Prime Minister David Cameron to call for Assad to step down.

According to these leaders, “peaceful protests” across Syria were enough to warrant calls for Assad to step down as President of the country. Such civil unrest was reason enough to demand that Assad “face the reality of the complete rejection of his regime by the Syrian people.”

Obama Accuses Himself Of Terrorism

October 7, 2014

Nearly two years ago, in November, 2012, Barack Obama made his now infamous remarks that “there's no country on Earth that would tolerate missiles raining down on its citizens from outside its borders.”

Obama’s statements, of course, were designed to act as cover and protection for the Zionist settler state of Israel as it launched and continues to launch violent campaigns of slaughter and extermination against the Palestinians. Obama reiterated his position by stating that the United States supported Israel in its “right to defend itself” against “missiles landing on people’s homes and potentially killing civilians.”

The idea, obviously, was that Israel was being forced to defend itself against terrorism, i.e. the bombing of civilians and the launching of missiles across the border into its territory.

While leaving the Israeli question aside, and while neglecting to point out that, at the time of the statement, Obama’s own government was involved in the bombing of Pakistan, Yemen, and Somalia, and had just concluded the bombing of Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya, one might fast forward to 2014 as the United States rains down bombs on sovereign Syrian soil.

Of course, only a day after the United States launched airstrikes against alleged ISIS targets in Syria, the real reasons behind these specific targets gradually became clearer.

Congress Votes To Fight ISIS By Funding ISIS To Fight Assad

September 19, 2014

On September 17, 2014, the United States House of Representatives voted to approve the White House plan to arm and train the alleged “moderate” Syrian rebels. The vote was 273-156 in favor of the $500 million plan. Of course, the bill in question was actually an amendment that was cynically attached to a billdesigned to continue funding for the federal government in the short-term, ensuring maximum support from members of the House.

Then, on Thursday September 19, the U.S. Senate followed suit by approving the plan as well. The support for the plan in the Senate was, as expected, bipartisan with members such as Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, John McCain, John Boehner, and Lindsey Graham voting “Yes” on the bill.

The Obama administration reiterated that it was neither asking for permission nor for a new authorization to use military force. The White House asserts that it has all the authority it needs to achieve its goals under the authorizations to use military force that were approved after the 9/11 attacks and in the run-up to the invasion of Iraq in 2003.

Essentially, as Obama stated in his address to the American people on September 10, the consultation of Congress was a mere formality. The plan to aid the “moderate rebels” fighting against Assad and engage in airstrikes against the secular government was going ahead regardless of the decision by Congress.

Much like the decision to invade Afghanistan and Iraq as well as passing the PATRIOT ACT, and other Constitution-shredding legislation, Congress was convinced to support the plan both because their handlers directed them to do so or because the risk of revealing themselves as completely irrelevant was too damaging to undertake.
