Australia Silences Criticism Of Vaccines, Benefits of Homeopathy

When the facts surrounding the safety and effectiveness of vaccines begin to be brought into the light, the only option left for those who manufacture, promote, and/or force vaccines onto the general population is to silence the presentation of those facts. Indeed, it is also imperative that those same forces prevent any alternatives to vaccination and financially incentivized medical dogma from becoming known amongst the general public.

Such was the mode of attack taken by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission in a case that dates back to 2013 against the homeopathic remedies company, Homeopathy Plus. In the early part of 2013, the ACCC instituted Federal Proceedings against Homeopathy Plus after claiming that the company was guilty of being “misleading and deceptive” after posting a series of three articles on its website that presented the Pertussis vaccine as being ineffective in preventing the disease and largely unreliable.

The Ministry of Truth also known as the ACCC also targeted the company due to their claims that homeopathic remedies are a safe and effective alternative to the vaccines. In addition, the ACCC has taken legal action against Homeopath Frances Sheffield.

The decision to take action against the company came months after the ACCC admits that the company removed the articles in question, yet the ACCC continues to push for an injunction to have the claims removed from the website. In other words, the ACCC is waging an expensive legal battle (ostensibly with taxpayer money) to forcibly remove claims from a website where they have already been removed.

SPLC Bullies Music Distributors Into Banning "Hate Music"

If anyone was wondering whether or not The Southern Poverty Law Center was still active in targeting American citizens for their personal beliefs or attempting to dismantle their First Amendment rights, the SPLC has reasserted itself yet again – this time targeting “hate music” and “white power rock bands” on online music and retail services.

An “investigation” was recently undertaken by the SPLC in order to determine whether or not the music of bands that the SPLC deems offensive or racist – except for explicitly racist rap music – were being sold on online services like iTunes, Amazon, or Spotify. As one might expect, this “investigation” revealed a number of bands and songs that the SPLC believes Americans do not have a right to hear, access, or produce.

This investigation and the subsequent report has resulted in the removal of a number of bands and songs from iTunes. The SPLC has complained that Amazon and Spotify, however, are responding too slowly to their command.

On its own website, the SPLC stated,

On the heels of an SPLC investigation that found songs by dozens of white power rock bands being sold on iTunes, Apple has begun removing hate music from its service, though other sites offering hate music, such as Amazon, have been slow to act.
“Apple is doing the right thing by preventing iTunes from being used as a recruitment tool for white supremacists,” said Heidi Beirich, director of the SPLC’s Intelligence Project. “Amazon and other online retailers that continue to sell this music need to realize that they are providing a powerful platform for extremists to reach young people with messages that advocate hate and violence against African Americans, Jews and others.”

Sydney Siege Aftermath: Australian Government Seeks More Anti Terrorism Laws

December 17, 2014

Right on schedule, following a high profile terrorist attack, the government of Australia is now “investigating new security laws” and other methods that can be used to gut the civil liberties, privacy, and general way of life of Australian citizens. Only a day after the Sydney Siege, Australian “lawmakers,” intelligence agencies, legal branches, and other government officials sprung into action in order to discuss the possibility of passing yet another law allowing the collection and housing of telecommunication and Internet data of Australian citizens.

On December 16, the Australian Parliament was hearing testimony by Federal Police Commissioner Andrew Colvin who “warned of ‘grave implications’ for terrorism investigations if telecommunications companies are not forced to keep phone and internet data.”

"I could not understate enough that it would have grave implications for law enforcement's ability in this country to investigate, deter and disrupt potential terrorist acts," Colvin said. He also claimed that, as new Telecom Companies entered the market, there was less data being collected and what data was being collected is being held for shorter periods.

The inquiry comes as part of the Joint Intelligence and Security Committee’s “debate” over a third round of oppressive laws regarding phone and computer data collection and retention.

Of course, since the inquiries conveniently have come on the heels of the Sydney Siege, lawmakers are now asking whether or not these measures could serve to prevent “lone wolf” attacks as well as coordinated acts of terrorism. A separate inquiry is being requested to determine if these laws could prevent events like the Sydney Siege which appears to be something vastly different from a lone wolf attack and instead more like a state-sponsored event.

In the aftermath of yet another highly publicized terror attack (or at least the potential for a high profile attack) in Australia by foreign-born jihadists, the Western public is once again experiencing a variety of emotional reactions that they have carefully been trained to experience whenever such events take place at home or abroad.

The xenophobic pro-war right is predictably using the attack as an example of how all Muslims are terrorists and how their total annihilation and implementation of police state tactics are the only solution. The pathetic left-wing is attempting to portray the gunman as a “lone nut” with no political motives as a justification for more “anti-terror” laws. The vast majority in the middle, however, believe the official mainstream version of events, quake in their boots, and move on to the next form of entertainment provided to them by the culture creators without a second thought.

Yet, as is almost always the case, there is much more to the story than is being reported by mainstream outlets. There exists a number of unanswered questions and unexplained inconsistencies with the story of “Man Haron Monis” and his hostage taking escapade in Sydney.

1.) Man Haron Monis (aka Manteghi Boroujerdi) is Shiia, not Sunni.

While the mainstream reports may suggest that Monis is yet another ISIS-style terrorist that finally attempted to rise and meet his destiny by engaging in terrorist attacks in the West, there are a number of problems with the presentation in terms of details.

Protests Across America: Will Obama Step Down?

After the eruption of large-scale protests which subsequently devolved into chaotic riots in the streets of Ferguson, Missouri in response to the killing of Michael Brown by Ferguson police, protests began to spread outside of Ferguson to large cities all across the country. Fresh on the heels of the Michael Brown protests, reports of the Eric Garner murder by the NYPD and the non-indictment of the murderer, large-scale protests erupted in New York City and, like the Brown-inspired protests, all across the country as well.

In short, anger, protests, riots and other forms of violence have engulfed cities all across the United States. Years of authoritarianism, a stagnant economy, and police brutality among many other issues are coming to a head, regardless of what one thinks about the methods or even the merits of some of the protesters/rioters.

Flashback to 2011, shortly after death squad operations funded by NATO, the GCC and Israel began in earnest inside Syria. According to Western media, these operatives who were killing Syrians indiscriminately in the streets, implementing Sharia law, and beheading civilians were peaceful protesters. Such widespread chaos in the streets of Syrian cities was used as ajustification by Western leaders such as Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, and British Prime Minister David Cameron to call for Assad to step down.

According to these leaders, “peaceful protests” across Syria were enough to warrant calls for Assad to step down as President of the country. Such civil unrest was reason enough to demand that Assad “face the reality of the complete rejection of his regime by the Syrian people.”

WI Police Chief Thinks Guns as Dangerous as Ebola, Wants Voluntary Home Searches as a Vaccine

Just when you think the attempts to disarm American citizens couldn’t get any more oppressive or, quite frankly, stupid, the system comes along and tops itself.

In America, the confusion and befuddlement of the general public as a result of incessant propaganda and insidious “entertainment” has taken so much hold that, not only has there been an onslaught of gun laws and “non-profits” demanding them, but there are also backdoor attempts by law enforcement and government agencies to take those guns from the hands of the American people while they are quite warm and alive. Most of these attempts are met with very little resistance.

For instance, only a matter of weeks ago, I wrote an article regarding an attempt by Buffalo policeto confiscate guns of deceased “permit holders” during their time of grief.

Now, however, a new contender for the silliest attempt at disarming Americans comes from the Beliot Police Department in Beliot, Wisconsin.

This is because the Beliot Police Department is encouraging citizens to call in and allow officers to search their homes for guns that “might be there unbeknownst to the owners.”

While one may be tempted to laugh at the BPD’s attempt to portray guns as having the mental acumen of brown recluse spiders – entering the home, hiding away, and waiting for the time to strike – Police Chief Norm Jacobs’ attempt to portray guns as being as dangerous as Ebola is just as funny. That is, funny if it were not actually serious.

On Sunday December 7, Israel reportedly launchedairstrikes inside Syria yet again, this time very close to Damascus in the area near Damascus International airport. Israeli airstrikes also took place in the town of Dimas which is located close to the Lebanese border.

At this time, Israel has yet to comment on the airstrikes.

Syrian state television has stated that “The Israeli enemy committed aggression against Syria by targeting two safe areas in Damascus province, in all of Dimas and near the Damascus International Airport."

State news agency SANA also stated that the strikes were a “flagrant attack on Syria.”

Lebanese state news agencies have reported that Israeli jets “breached its airspace” on Sunday.

Reuters reports that “Residents in Damascus said they heard loud explosions and opposition activists posted photos online of jet streams in the evening sky and fiery explosions. Syria's army general command said on state television that there were "material losses in some facilities." It said the strike benefited al Qaeda.”

Further reports suggest that the targets of the Israeli jets were an agricultural airport in Dimas and an import-export warehouse in Damascus. Both of these locations are under control of the Syrian military and involve supplies and food greatly needed for the Syrian people.

These targets, of course, fit in with the larger trend of both Israeli and American airstrikes in Syria in the past that have targeted civilian locations, Syrian infrastructure, Syrian oil refineries, and, particularly, food centers such as grain silos.

Radio Host Explodes In EPIC Rant Over Eric Garner Case

On Thursday, December 4, UCY radio host personality “Jules” began the show as she always does – by cracking a few jokes as a way of introduction and giving a rundown of some of the day's news items with commentary.

But when she arrived at the topic of the Eric Garner killing, particularly the fact that the cop who murdered Garner will not be indicted and that discredited Attorney General Eric Holder will be leading an “independent” investigation into the case, Jules became heated.

In fact, to describe her broadcast for the next 8 minutes or so as “heated” would be a bit of an understatement. The host of Before the First Cup launched into a profanity-laced tirade against Holder, racism, and police brutality, the likes of which is seldom heard on the radio.

Her rant started off simple enough. She began by discussing Eric Holder’s history of corruption and how she believes he cannot be trusted to head up a truly fair investigation into the murder of Eric Garner.

The rant begins at the 59:55 minute mark.

Is Water The New Enron? - Fake Crises, Fake Bills, And Fake Solutions

"In places like Benton Harbor, Michigan and Detroit, there is something called the emergency manager, which essentially is a local dictator. He can depose the mayor and offer decrees and answer to no one except the governor. In these two cities and others, because they are lacking tax revenue (because of lack of industry) they are jacking up the water rates as much as 40%. ... One of the people who was leading the charge against this stuff was recently convicted in a kangaroo court in Benton Harbor and is now facing 20 years in prison. He is Reverend Pinkney." - Brandon Turbeville

"Little bitty Benton Harbor was the testing ground. It was the testing ground to see what they can get away with. ...It's comin' to your city next, whether you like it or not.
- Rev. Edward Pinkney

Readers may remember my past article dealing with the apparent corruption regarding water rates in places like Dekalb County, Georgia. Electricity, Gas, Water. It's crucial that people be aware that they are not safe from those providing these services and necessities. They should know that their "government" can even move to take water from them.

But Dekalb County is not the only place in the United States where water rates and the restriction of access to water has become a significant issue. As the quotes above demonstrate, Benton Harbor, Michigan appears to be ground zero in the battle for access to water.

Reverend Pinkney had been, up until his recent conviction, leading the charge for the people of Benton Harbor. As the World Austerity Report writes,

Is Dekalb County, Georgia Government Running An Immense Financial Scam?

David Simon

It seems that Dekalb County residents have had it with corruption and abuse from their representatives. According to a number of sources, it appears that what the government in Dekalb County, Georgia is doing is preying on its citizens, while Georgia state agencies are failing to protect them from predation. Indeed, it seems that Dekalb County government officials have taken a page from this corrupt government and from the bankers who have robbed the country blind, stolen homes, destroyed jobs and rigged the whole economy. The Dekalb County government deserves some sort of corruption medal for originality as they have now entered the territory of entirely fictional billing for water services.

Over the last year, residents of Dekalb County have been receiving enormously high bills that are simply unbelievable when matched to their actual energy consumption, sometimes up to ten times higher than their bills should have been. When these citizens attempt to contact the proper authorities to rectify the situation, however, they are met with stonewalling, buck-passing, or simply ignored.

Some residents of Dekalb, however, are speaking out against this government corruption.

For instance, one citizen, whose name has been removed for purposes of anonymity, wrote a letter addressed to the Interim CEO of Dekalb County, Lee May, and Chief Financial Officer Patterson. The letter read,

Dear Mr. May (CEO of Dekalb County) and Ms. Patterson (Chief Financial Officer) ,
This is a formal letter of complaint to you as CEO of Dekalb County, and to you in your financial role in the county.

While America Daydreams, Warmongers Ready For Assault On Syria

When the Anglo-American powers are intent on the destruction of a target country – whether it is Iraq, Libya, Syria, or some other unfortunate nation that finds itself in the crosshairs of NATO – there is very little that will stand in the way of their goals. Such is the case with the possible “No-Fly Zone” being discussed in the public view both by Washington and Ankara.

Coming on the heels of what appeared to be a stall in the plans to implement a “No-Fly Zone” in Syria by the United States, a recent shake-up in the U.S. government resulting in the firing of Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel (one of the few officials who expressed at least some level of reservation to military intervention against Assad’s forces), NATO is back at it again.

That the United States and Turkey have suddenly reached an agreement as to the use of Turkey’s air base and the imposition of a ‘No-Fly Zone’ in Syria should come as no surprise. A “No-Fly Zone” or “Buffer Zone” has been the desire of NATO since the Western-initiated crisis began in 2010 as an effort to provide a deeper staging ground for terrorists and death squads operating inside Syria and in order to more easily overcome Assad’s forces. In addition, the implementation of the “No-Fly Zone” would essentially be a declaration of war against Assad’s military which would result in the bombing of Syrian Air Bases and other military installations. This military intervention would also greatly weaken the Syrian military and provide a much needed second wind for Western-backed terrorists both militarily and in terms of morale.

In other words, the implementation of a “No-Fly Zone” would be nothing more than the creation of Libya 2.0.

Obama to Assad: Stop Bombing ISIS and Let Us Bomb Civilians

Fresh on the heels of American airstrikes in Raqqa, Syria thatdevastated Syrian infrastructure and killed a number of innocent civilians, the United States has publicly condemned airstrikes by the Syrian military in the same location targeting ISIS militants.

Indeed, on November 26, a new report from the United Nationsaddressed the issue of civilian deaths at the hand of the American airstrikes, citing 50 dead civilians since the start of the air campaign. The report stated that “The international coalition continued airstrikes against ISIL in Syria on a near-daily basis with reports of some 865 people killed, including 50 civilians, in Aleppo, Deir ez-Zor, Hasakeh, Idlib and Raqqa since strikes began.”

Of course, the figure of 50 dead civilians is obviously quite low. American airstrikes have been known to target residential neighborhoods filled with innocent civilians killing many in one fell swoop. In addition, the United States has appeared to have been targeting civilian areas since the beginning of the campaign.

Apparently, the United Nations is using the same formula as Western media outlets in order to calculate the number of civilian deaths at the hands of the United States Air Force in Syria. In other words, as was the case in Vietnam, any dead human being (or anything that can be construed as a dead human being) is considered a dead death squad fighter but never a civilian. These manipulated figures are then reported back to a dazed and befuddled public who never think to question the numbers presented to them in the first place.

While the real numbers of dead Syrians whose lives were lost at the hands of American airstrikes are much higher, these numbers are inconsequential to the directors of the campaign and the overall destabilization. These numbers are also quite acceptable to the humanitarian warriors and “we are the world” Westerners observing the death toll from far away.
