Chechen Terrorist Networks Trace Back to the US State Department

With the latest developments regarding the suspects identified in the Boston Bombing, reports of the alleged perpetrators’ Chechen heritage are being used by the whole of the mainstream media to draw connections between the bombing and Islamic terrorism. Even despite the desire of mainstream magazines like Salon for the bomber(s) to have been white Americans, the narrative being paraded in front of the American collective is currently satisfied with the meme of the Chechen Muslim fundamentalist.

Indeed, in a recent report by FOX News, entitled “Ties Between Islamic Extremist Groups and Chechnya Well-Documented,” the organization states,

Reports that the suspects in the Boston bombing are believed to be from the region near Chechnya may have caught some by surprise -- rebels in Chechnya are known for their violent and long-running campaign to break away from Russia, but not for exporting terror to America.

But congressional researchers and foreign policy analysts have long tracked a connection between the Chechnya region and Islamic extremists with Al Qaeda and the Taliban. If the suspects are indeed Chechen, analysts told Fox News they may represent part of a jihadi network which has made its way to American soil.

The report also clearly states that “The ties between major Islamic extremist groups and Chechnya are well-documented, particularly pertaining to extremists' support for the separatists in Chechnya.”

Likewise, it was stated by Michael Wines of the New York Times, in an article published as far back as December 9, 2001, entitled “War on Terror Casts Chechen Conflict in New Light,” that “Chechnya's guerrillas are indisputably financed by a web of Islamic charities, banks and other organizations that have served as cash conduits for terrorist groups.”

Obama Approves EPA's Higher Radiation Exposure Levels for U.S. Population

According to a statement by PEER (Public Employees For Environmental Responsibility) published on the organization’s website on April 8, 2013, Barack Obama has given final approval for the EPA’s attempt to raise radiation levels in soil and water following “radiological incidents.”

According to PEER, the new guidelines, if enacted, would “allow cleanup many times more lax than anything EPA has ever before accepted.”

Furthermore, PEER, which is in opposition to the changes, has stated that the proposition is a “win for the nuclear industry which seeks what its proponents call a 'new normal' for radiation exposure among the U.S population.”

In regards to the changes to acceptable levels of radiation in water it should be noted that the EPA does not actually propose anything specific. However, this is one of the criticisms put forward by PEER, with the organization claiming that the EPA is "punting" on establishing "an exact new standard."

Indeed, the EPA does refuse to create a new standard for acceptable radiation levels in water. Yet it suggests the possibility that temporary guidelines may be created that could themselves allow for a vast rise in acceptable radiation levels justified by the declaration of an emergency.

Media Fog of War Ensues in Wake of Boston Marathon Bombing

Yesterday, shortly after the Boston Bombing, I wrote an article entitled, “Early Evidence Indicates Boston Bombing Was A False Flag,” where I acknowledged that the facts were still emerging in regards to exactly what happened on April 15 in Boston Massachusetts. Although I did my best to present the relevant information as it was unfolding, a portion of that material appears to have been muddled in the confusion and fog of information surrounding the immediate aftermath of such an event.

Shortly after the article was posted, some of the questions resulting from the reports I cited (particularly that regarding the Boston Globe tweets and the announcement of “controlled explosions”) were answered.

Considering the track record of government-sponsored false flag attacks, however, the incident has seemed suspicious from the very beginning. This suspicion has been bolstered by the fact that mainstream media pundits are uniting in their promotion of the theory that the Boston Bombing was, in fact, the handiwork of “rightwing extremists” and “anti-tax people.” With the obvious and increasing trend toward a total police state, it is also a suspicious that one result of the attack would be the de facto military occupation of Boston by the Massachusetts National Guard.

Regardless, however, some information which was reported in the fog of the aftermath of the bombings by a variety of alternative media outlets, including myself, such as the existence of a planned “controlled explosion.” After further examination, it has been determined not to be of the significance that it was originally thought.

For instance, in regards to the “controlled explosion” reports, it has been established that the “controlled explosion” was not an event or drill planned prior to the bombings but were, in fact, the detonation of a secondary device which was found across from the JFK library.

Early Evidence Indicates Boston Bombing Was a False Flag

(Note: it has subsequently come to light that the Boston Globe tweet actually occurred 54 minutes after the tweet about the two bombings. The reference to a "controlled explosion" was in fact a reference to the detonation of a secondary device.)

Only hours after two bombs were detonated near the finish line of a Boston marathon, evidence is beginning to emerge suggesting that the act may have been a false flag attack.

While reports continue to emerge from the scene, a number of facts point toward the typical setup used to devise, control, and execute such an attack as took place around the 9/11, 7/7, and OKC bombings as well as the Aurora and Sandy Hook shootings.

One of the hallmark signals of a false flag attack, as Webster Tarpley has expertly demonstrated in his book, 9/11 Synthetic Terror, is the use of drills acting as a cover for sinister plans and mechanizations within the halls of the shadow government itself which ultimately manifest as false flag terror attacks. Much like the aforementioned attacks, the Boston Bombing also carried the trademark “coincidence” of a drill scheduled to take place at almost exactly the same time that the bombs were being detonated at the marathon.

For instance, earlier in the morning of April 15, 2013, the Boston Globe tweeted “Officials: There will be a controlled explosion opposite the library within one minute as part of bomb squad activities.”

In addition, it was reported by Business Insider in the article “2 More Explosive Devices Found At Boston Marathon,”[1] that a police scanner “said police were going to do a third, controlled explosion on the 600 Block of Boylston Street.”

After 20 Years, Codex Alimentarius Draft Statement Still No Closer To Allowing GM Food Labeling

Over the past few years, I have written extensively on the subject of Codex Alimentarius, particularly on the organization’s guidelines related to Genetically Modified (GM) food. Although I have largely focused on the inferior methodology used by Codex to evaluate the safety of GMOs, much of the safety discussion has been delegated to the Codex Committee on Food Labeling (CCFL), which, up until this point, has tended to focus more on promoting the unscientific claims of GM safety and the proliferation of GM Food as a whole than on actual labeling.

Indeed, the debate over GM food labeling is one that has been raging since 1993, when the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) decided to take up the issue. Only in 2011 did Codex come to some sort of decision in this regard, even though that decision has taken the form of a very vague and open-ended declaration which is still only in its draft stage.

When the CAC decided to examine the issue of GM food labeling, the Codex Committee on Food Labeling (CCFL) was designated as the Codex body to take up the challenge. For close to eighteen years, that body has held continual meetings to no avail (in terms of the labeling issue) as many anti-GMO nations have supported labeling, while the pro-GMO psychosis of nations like the United States and Canada have typically ruled the day due to their active opposition to any and all forms of labeling.

However, in July 2011, the Codex Alimentarius Commission created a “draft proposal of Codex texts” which some have interpreted as allowing for the labeling of GMO food by individual nations. Of course, it is extremely important to note that this decision clearly does not provide for the mandatory labeling of GM food, nor does it make any requirements toward that end.

The new CAC guideline merely implies that a decision may be forthcoming which could possibly, according to Codex Alimentarius and the World Trade Organization (WTO), declare that the labeling of GM Food cannot be considered as an unfair trade practice or unfair barrier to trade. Still, this possibility should only be recognized as just that – a possibility – at this point.

Ever since the Syrian destabilization effort began nearly two years ago, a significant portion of alternative media outlets have been exposing the fabricated story perpetrated against both the American and Syrian peoples regarding the nature of the so-called Syrian “rebels” who, in reality, are nothing more than foreign-backed death squads. While the mainstream media continually portrays these morally deficient mercenaries as “freedom fighters” and peaceful protesters, the ranks of the rebels are made up almost entirely of hired killers, religious fanatics, and other agents of the Anglo-American intelligence networks.

Even while the death squads have done everything in their power to assert their fanaticism in the face of the world, the mainstream media has typically remained silent on the issue; and Western governments who, up until the recent Libyan disaster, demanded that Americans surrender their most basic civil liberties due to the threat of al-Qaeda, now simultaneously demand that Americans support the same organization against the sovereign nation of Syria.

It is now common knowledge that the destabilization effort is being supported by the United States, Britain, France, and the whole of NATO, as well as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other feudal monarchies, in addition to the true Mad Dog of the Middle East, Israel. However, the level to which these countries and hence their military and intelligence agencies play a part has been largely shrouded in mystery.

Yet, at times, it is possible for those of us who are aware of the historical treachery and the levels of control over public perception held by both the mainstream media and Western governments to occasionally catch a glimpse of the true mechanisms of “color revolution” and destabilizations and, thus, put the pieces of the puzzle together.

Putting together these pieces is not as hard as one might imagine. After all, the information and evidence of foreign intelligence and military intervention in Syria was publicized several years before the operations began to culminate in the recent “rebellion.”

With the recent passage of the legislative rider commonly known as the Monsanto Protection Act, many previously-uninformed observers may now be asking themselves just how much control over the United States government and regulatory bureaucracy the multinational corporation has. Of course, long-time Monsanto opponents have been asking this question and pointing out the related connections for some time.

From the environmental contamination as a result of the proliferation of genetically modified food to the destruction of the independent family farmer due to absolutely erroneous lawsuits filed by Monsanto against them, or low crop yields due to deceptive marketing, Monsanto is internationally recognized as one of the world’s worst and most ruthless corporations.

When Monsanto's ruthless practices combine with the blatant corruption of government officials, the global regulatory agencies - especially those in the United States - have been rendered entirely bankrupt. Indeed, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) are two of the most obviously bought-and-paid-for government wings of treacherous multinational corporations like Monsanto, Cargill, Southern States, and many others.

Over the last few years, there have been a number of unexplained mass animal deaths which have spawned a variety of theories hoping to explain the causes. While most remain unexplained, there is, in fact, a clear explanation regarding many of the bird deaths occurring in locations across the United States. The cause of the deaths? The USDA and toxins introduced by Big Agra.

Is Former U.S. Army Vet Who Fought Alongside Al-Qaeda in Syria Linked to CIA?

In the wake of the arrest of Eric Harroun, a former U.S. army veteran who has openly fought alongside the al-Qaeda affiliated al-Nusra front against the Assad government in Syria, evidence is mounting that Harroun was, in fact, working for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) the whole time.

In a recent report released by PressTV, upon Harroun’s arrest by the FBI after arriving at Dulles International Airport, Darryl Harroun (Eric’s father) has stated that his son was working for the CIA and reporting back to the intelligence agency from Syria. Darryl Harroun further stated that his son was truly patriotic and would never actually join such militants.

“I know he was doing some work for the CIA over there,” Darryl said. “I know for a fact that he was passing information onto the CIA.”

However, the FBI documents related to Harroun’s arrest do not contain any reference to Harroun’s employment with the CIA.

Harroun has already confessed to shooting 10 people, downing a Syrian chopper, and firing a rocket-propelled grenade during his tenure in the country with the death squads. He was also charged with “plotting to use a weapon of mass destruction outside the U.S.”

False Flag Attacks in Syria Pin Atrocities on Assad and Justify "Red Line" Engagement

Only days after the chemical weapons attack inside Syria, the Israeli, US, and NATO governments are doing everything in their power to not only push the idea that the “red line” of the Obama administration has been crossed, but also to maintain the fragile public relations narrative that the attack was launched by the Assad government. Fortunately for everyone involved - except for, perhaps, the death squads wreaking havoc on Syrian soil - such a dual approach is proving very difficult.

This is because the chemical attack was not the work of the Assad regime but of the death squads who have been killing and maiming innocent people for close to two years. Although the Western and Israeli imperialists are clearly always poised to take advantage of a false flag attack such as the use of a chemical weapon by the inappropriately named “rebels” to immediately be blamed on Assad, the openness with which the death squads have advertised their possession of and intent to use such weapons has proved to be a major hurdle in the attempt to create a successful campaign of public outcry against the Assad government. In short, the false narrative of Assad’s use of chemical weapons “against his own people” is so easily dispelled that the public relations push seems to have stalled, even if only for a brief time.

Since the ridiculous “red line” talk has been repeated in government halls and press conferences since late 2012 by both President Barack Obama and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as well as French President Francois Hollande, the idea that the Syrian government would be the party to actually use chemical weapons was patently absurd from the beginning.

As far back as June 2012, the pieces were clearly seen being moved into place in order to create the environment and subsequent chain of events for a successful false flag attack used to justify an invasion of or, at the very least, some limited military action against Syria. However, the more hidden aspects being used to create infrastructure for such an event could be seen going back even further.

For instance, in November, 2011, it was reported in The Telegraph that the “transitional” government of terrorists, Muslim Brotherhood, and NATO puppets in Libya were offering to send money, personnel (aka terrorists and mercenaries), and weapons to the death squads operating in Syria. It was largely understood, at least after the initial announcement of the weapons deal, that the weapons in question included chemical weapons.

Bill Gates Offers Prize For Inventing Condom Of The Future

Finally, a technological breakthrough of epic proportions is about to take place within our lifetimes.

The ramifications of this new technological development could be felt (literally) in all corners of the world.

While the revolutionary invention mentioned above has yet to be introduced to the market, there is little doubt that a new and improved version of the condom will indeed find itself on shelves and on . . . other places . . . in the near future.

This is because the world’s favorite philanthropist, Bill Gates, has recently offered a $100,000 reward to anyone who is able to design a condom that is easier to wear, more cleverly packaged, or one that is able to overcome cultural differences.

The money, which is being offered by the famed Gates Foundation via the Grand Challenges in Global Health Program (GCGHP), is available to “anyone – students, scientists or entrepreneurs,” who is able to improve the condom in such a way.

 

 The Gates Foundation even offers some hints as to what it is looking for. It states, “Additional concepts that might increase [condom usage] uptake include attributes that increase ease-of-use for male and female condoms, for example better packaging or designs that are easier to properly apply. In addition, attributes that address and overcome cultural barriers are also desired.”

Of course, it would be virtually impossible to argue against the development of a condom that was more effective or easier to use. Many may actually be hoping that this is one area in which Gates is successful. After all, there is certainly nothing wrong with scientific progress or enabling individuals to choose whether or not they have children and providing them a way to prevent the contraction of sexually transmitted diseases.

Tunisian Terrorists Are Now Confirmed Members of Syrian Death Squads

In yet another blow to the fragile and the entirely fabricated narrative pushed by the United States, NATO, and the Anglo-American powers, a recent broadcast of a Tunisian television program features firsthand accounts demonstrating that the Syrian “rebels” are actually nothing more than religious fanatics, mercenaries, and foreign fighters.

As reported by Salma Bouzid of Tusnisia Live, the Tunisian television show, Attasiaa Massaa, recently featured a clip of a young Tunisian man named Abou Zayd Attounssi who claims that he recently returned to Tunisia after fighting for eight months alongside the inappropriately named “Syrian rebels.”

Further supporting the fundamentalist nature of the majority of the members of the NATO death squads (aka rebels) operating in Syria, Attounssi stated that his initial reason for traveling to Syria to engage in murder, plunder, and torture against innocent people was because “he felt his religion required him to engage in jihad against ‘the enemy.’”

Although it was apparently not the killing that turned Attounssi off from the death squad movement, he nevertheless became disillusioned with it because, “most of the fighters within the Free Syrian army are fighting for the spoils of war and the foreign aid they supposedly get.”

Also featured on the show was the father of Hamza Rjeb, another former death squad member who is now disabled. Rjeb’s father claimed that “the Tunisian government should take full responsibility for his son’s situation and for allowing groups in the country to ‘brainwash’ his son.”

Does Uptick in Mysterious "Booms" Foretell Mega-Quake?

Back in October, I wrote an article entitled “Numerous Reports of Mysterious Booms and Strange Lights Over South Carolina,” in which I described the sounds and vibrations heard and felt all across the Pee Dee region of South Carolina with some witnesses even describing strange lights in the sky at the time of the event.

These strange occurrences were eerily similar to those described by individuals all across the state of Michigan like Bob Powell of The Truth Is Viral, who was actually detained as a result of attempting to investigate the nature of these sounds and vibrations. After nearly a year-and-a half-long battle with DCFS, the Utah Family Court System, rogue Guardian ad Litem (GAL) Amber Ruder, and an ex-husband’s legal team determined to pull every underhanded trick in the book, it appears that Katerina Jeleva's ordeal is finally coming to an end.

Judge Mary Noonan ruled on March 19, 2013 that Katerina will indeed be reunited with her son within a period of 90 days.

Creating a Surveillance and DNA Database for Every American . . . From the Cradle to the Grave

Coming in combination with such recent announcements as the open desire of agencies like DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) to create an Internet server that will house all verbal communications, it can scarcely be debated that the U.S. Government, military, and intelligence apparatus in concert with its Corporate wing, are attempting to develop an all-encompassing database on each and every American citizen.

Indeed, as I wrote in my article, “New Report: ‘Recording Everything’ Details How Governments Can Shape the Dynamics of Dissent,” a 2011 Brookings Institution report actually confirmed what many have suspected for some time – that the United States government (and virtually every other government in the world) has the capability to monitor and record nearly every electronic interaction that occurs within its national borders.

In fact, the ability to do so is extremely cost-effective - even cheap - according to current comparisons of government spending thresholds. For instance, as the Brookings report noted, “The audio for all of the telephone calls made by a single person over the course of one year could be stored using roughly 3.3 gigabytes. On a per capita basis, the cost to store all phone calls will fall from about 17 cents per person per year today to under 2 cents in 2015.” Storing the location data for each of the 300 million American citizens could actually be accomplished for the price of a low-wage job - in the area of $18,000. The cost of creating this database of all video, audio, online, and location information of every person inside the national borders would pale in comparison to spending levels on many other current government projects, as the Brookings Institution report demonstrates. 

The growing database, however, is not relegated to mere online communications. Video, audio, and location data are to be combined with biometric data such as fingerprints, vein scans, and iris scans, as well as actual DNA material in order to create a truly all-encompassing database of information on each and every American citizen.

Of course, the creation of the database of such material is not being openly announced in any direct manner, nor are the requirements for submission of much of the material being mandated as a matter of public policy at this time. Yet, regardless, the Total Information Awareness Network is moving forward at an ever-increasing rate.

Few government research programs have produced as many questions and as much speculation as the High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). From the potential of HAARP to disrupt and control communications to the possibility of controlling the weather and creating natural disasters, the sophistication of HAARP and the extent to which it is being used is the subject of much debate.

However, while many may speculate over just what the good folks working at the HAARP stations are up to, the fact is that an overwhelming majority are incapable of admitting that the facilities even exist in the first place.

Yet, while denial might placate those who do not prefer to confront unpleasant facts, truth does not mold itself to the wishes and desires of the willfully ignorant. Matters concerning the existence of HAARP and its ability to produce quite amazing phenomena are clearly documented in scientific literature as well as by those who have researched the program independently for years.

For instance, the research paper “Geometric modulation: A more effective method of steerable ELF/VLF wave generation with continuous HF heating of the lower ionosphere” published in Geophysical Research Letters, listing three methods of geometric modulation – line sweep, saw-tooth sweep, and circle sweep – not only examines the fact that HAARP is capable of generating and bathing regions of the country in ELF/VLF waves, but demonstrates that it is currently doing so.

This information thus confirms the findings presented by independent researchers like those at Sincedutch who have, for some time, described HAARP wave modulation using similar terminology such as HAARP rings, Stairstep Patterns, and Scalar Squares.
